Conducting a preliminary audit (Process mapping) and defining the ongoing processes,
defining the course of each process (who/what/what document), in terms of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard
STEP 1: Pre-audit
Preparation of documentation in accordance with the scope of the project and sending it to the Client.

STEP 2: Preparation of documentation
System Basics – ISO 9001 Standard Requirements The training covers the requirements of the standard and the requirements for system certification. Training for auditors, managers. After passing the exam, the training gives the authorization of the Quality Representative in accordance with AQAP.
Organizational context and risk management. The principles of risk assessment, activities related to risks, integration of activities with the quality management system, systematic approach to risks in relation to ISO 9001 and ISO 31000 standards are discussed. Training for auditors, managers.
Internal auditor. The principles of auditing a company for compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 are discussed. After passing the exam, you can obtain the authorization of the Internal Auditor ISO 9001
Work in the system. The training covers the principles of work in processes. Training for line and administration employees.
STEP 3: AQAP Training
Distribution of system documentation among organization members by the Project Manager and Process Owners.
STEP 4: Implementation of ISO 9001 documentation
An audit team conducts an internal audit to verify compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
The audit consists of two phases: 1+2.
STEP 5: Internal system audit
Carrying out corrective and preventive actions in relation to processes in which non-compliance was detected during the audit.
STEP 6: Corrective and Preventive Actions
